Winter support
The program is designed to provide social support to citizens during the difficult winter period. Applications for assistance can be submitted from November 15 to December 24, 2025. A one-time state aid in the amount of 1,000 hryvnia will be provided to all Ukrainians residing in Ukraine. Importantly, the program provides assistance not only to adults but also to children. One of the parents will be able to request payment through the Diya app to their Globus Bank National Cashback card.
The aid received can be spent on paying for utilities, food products from Ukrainian manufacturers (except for excise goods), medicines, books, postal services, charity, including donations to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Applications for assistance will be accepted starting November 15 in the Diya mobile app. Applications will be accepted until December 24, 2025. To apply, you need to go to the Diya app, select the “Winter Support” service, submit your application, and wait for the funds to be credited to your National Cashback card from Globus Bank. The funds must be spent by June 30, 2026.
