How to become a GlobusPlus customer?
It's easy to become a GlobusPlus customer! All you need is your smartphone and a few minutes of free time. Download the GlobusPlus app from theAppStore or Google Play and complete a quick registration with Diia or your passport and TIN.
Is GlobusPlus a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund?
Yes, GlobusPlus is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund (Certificate No. 193 dated 13.02.2008). Your funds are safe! All deposits made through our mobile application are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund. Read more.
Is Globus Bank a member of the BankID system?
Yes, Globus Bank is a member of the BankID system. This means that you can use your banking data for quick access to Diia government services and other online services.
What should I do if I lost my card?
If your card is stolen or lost, you should block it as soon as possible. This can be done online in the application or by contacting the bank. The call center operates around the clock at 0 800 300 392 (free for calls within Ukraine from mobile phones) or in the GLOBUS BANK Chatbot (in the Messenger, Viber applications by searching for "Globus Bank" or in the Telegram application by searching for "@GLOBUSBANK_bot")
What is the CVV/CVV2 code?
This is a three-digit code used for additional
identification of the cardholder. It is printed on the card on the signature panel. The code is used when making payments online.

Where can I view the exchange rate?
You can always check the current exchange rate in the "More" section" → "Exchange rates".
Please note that for transactions and foreign currencies, the conversion is carried out through euros. For example: first, the amount is converted into euros at the rate of the international payment system Mastercard, and then the received amount in euros is converted into hryvnias at the rate set by our bank.

How can I change my credit limit?
At the top of your profile, find the "More" → "Settings menu". Select the Credit limits section, enter the desired amount and confirm your changes.
Please note! The more you use your card or pay via the GlobusPlus mobile application, the more chances you have to increase your credit limit.
Why did I get a low credit limit / no credit limit at all?
Your credit limit is an individual offer. To increase it, you just need to actively use your GlobusPlus card. We regularly review our clients' limits.
How long does it take to make a deposit via EasyPay and City24 terminals?
Deposits via EasyPay and City24 terminals are credited instantly.
What is required to receive financial assistance under the state program eVidnovlennia?
In order to receive financial assistance under the state program eVidnovlennia, you must be a citizen of Ukraine aged 18 or older, open a eVidnovlennia card and apply for a payment under the eVidnovlennia program through the Diia app using the Services → eVidnovlennia menu.
Is it enough just to issue an eVidnovlennia card to get help?
No, it is not enough. In order to receive assistance, you need to apply for a payment under the eVidnovlennia program through the Diia app using the Services → eVidnovlennia menu.
Why was I charged a fee for replenishing my card via the terminal?
GlobusPlus cards can be recharged without a fee only through the City24 and EasyPay terminal network. Top-ups via terminals of other networks are subject to the tariffs of the company providing the service.
What is IBAN?
IBAN is an abbreviation that stands for International Bank Account Number. It is an international bank account number in accordance with the International Standardization Organization (IS0) 13616 and the European Committee for Banking Standards (ECBS).
How to use the GLOBUS Bank Chatbot?
In order to use the Chatbot in the Messenger, Viber, or Telegram applications, you need to:
- install "Messenger", "Viber" or "Telegram" application on your smartphone.- add the Chatbot to your contacts, which can be easily found in the search bar in "Messenger", "Viber" application by searching for "Globus Bank" or in "Telegram" application by searching for "@GLOBUSBANK_bot"
- communicate with the Chatbot and get the necessary tips and answers
