State programme ‘National cashback’
The National Cashback programme provides for a 10% compensation to Ukrainian citizens for the purchase of any Ukrainian-made consumer goods included in the programme, except for excisable goods (fuel, tobacco and spirits). The cashback also applies to Ukrainian-made medicines, wine without added alcohol and honey drinks.

Retailers will also have to inform consumers about the goods covered by cashback.
Terms of the programme
The maximum amount of savings is UAH 3 thousand per month. The funds accumulated during the month will be credited to the created card once a month until the 20th of the following month. For example, cashback for goods purchased in September will be credited to your account by 20 October.
You can check your cashback the next day in the Diia app.
It will be impossible to withdraw cash from the account where cashback funds are credited or transfer funds to another account.
Cashback funds accrued in 2024 can be used until 31 January 2025. Funds for December will be credited in February 2025.
What to spend your cashback on
The funds received for participating in the National Cashback programme can only be spent on services, including utilities, transport, medical treatment, mobile communications, sports, cinema, and others. It will also be possible to donate to the Armed Forces or buy military bonds.
How to participate in the programme
- Open a virtual card ‘Cashback “Made in Ukraine” in the application to participate in the programme. When opening the card, you select the bank's cards that will participate in the state programme ‘National Cashback’ and grant permission to transfer information about purchases in stores participating in the programme to all selected hryvnia card accounts in the bank.
- Update the Diia app and select the National Cashback service in the Services section.
- Select the ‘Cashback “Made in Ukraine” card from Globus Bank in the Diia app to credit payments.
- Make purchases with Globus Bank cards in stores that have already joined the programme
- Refunds from the state for the purchase of Ukrainian goods included in the special list will be transferred to the card ‘Cashback ’Made in Ukraine’
