Pay by installments

The Client shall repay the loan amount, fees and interest for using the loan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on the provision of a range of banking services in JSC CB GLOBUS and the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

The Bank shall be prohibited from requiring the Client to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or affiliated person as a prerequisite for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank shall not be entitled to unilaterally amend the agreements concluded with the Clients without the obligatory notification and consent of the Client in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the current legislation of Ukraine. The procedure for amending and supplementing the Agreement is regulated by Section 10 of the Agreement on the provision of a range of banking services at JSC CB GLOBUS.

The Client has the right to refuse to receive advertising materials by means of remote communication channels.

The Client has the right to withdraw from the Agreement on the provision of a range of banking services in JSC CB GLOBUS, in case of using the Loan service within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion in accordance with clause 2 .1.4 of the Agreement (in case of withdrawal from such an agreement, the client pays interest for the period from the date of receipt of the loan funds to the date of their return at the interest rate established by the Application Form for joining the Agreement, and performs other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" or the agreement).
