The Bank is prohibited from requiring the Customer to purchase any goods or services from the Bank or a related or affiliated person as a mandatory condition for the provision of these services (except for the provision of a package of banking services).

The Bank shall not have the right to make unilateral changes to agreements concluded with Clients without mandatory notification and consent of the Client in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and applicable Ukrainian law. The procedure for making changes and additions to the agreement is regulated by Section 10 of the Agreement on the provision of a range of banking services at JSC “CB ”GLOBUS".

The customer has the right to refuse to receive advertising materials via remote communication channels.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement on the provision of a range of banking services at JSC “CB ”GLOBUS" if using the Loan service within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion in accordance with clause 2.1.4 of the Agreement (in case of refusal of such an agreement, the client shall pay interest for the period from the date of receipt of the loan funds to the date of their return at the interest rate established by the Application Form for accession to the Agreement, and shall take other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Lending” or the agreement).

How much does it cost?
Commission of 2.99% of the loan amount for each month of use. You only pay for actual use. For example, if you repay the loan in 3 months instead of 6, you will only pay commission for 3 months.
What is the maximum amount for which an installment plan can be arranged?
From 500 to 100,000 UAH, within your limit. You can check your limit in the “Loans” section. Limits are calculated individually.
For how long can I arrange an installment plan?
For 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Choose the option that suits you best.
What should I do if there is no installment limit?

How long can I transfer my purchase to an installment plan?
You can transfer expenses made in installments within 30 days. You can do this in the “Loans” section or simply by selecting a purchase of 500 UAH or more in your transaction history.
How many installment plans can you have at the same time?
Currently, up to 2 installments at a time.
How quickly will the funds arrive after the installment plan is set up?
Within a few minutes, the money will be credited to the card you used to pay for your purchase. We will send you a push notification about the credit. During scheduled bank maintenance, the waiting time may be slightly longer.
