National cashback card

This is a state program to support Ukrainians called “National Cashback,” initiated by the President of Ukraine, under which citizens will receive compensation of 5% or 15% of the cost of Ukrainian goods purchased. Cashback will begin to be accrued on September 2, 2024.

The programme is open to citizens of Ukraine who have reached the age of 18.
To participate in the National Cashback programme, you must:
- Open a National Cashback virtual card in the GlobusPlus application, to which the state will transfer cashback.  When opening the card, you select the bank cards that will participate in the National Cashback government programme and give permission to transfer information about purchases in stores participating in the programme to all selected hryvnia card accounts with the bank.
- Go to the Diia app and select the National Cashback service in the Services section.
- Select the National Cashback card from Globus Bank in the Diia app to credit payments.
- Make purchases with Bank Globus cards in stores that have already joined the programme

The programme is open to retail chains and shops, including online stores. They must be on the general taxation system and accept payment cards for payments. Participation of buyers, producers and sellers in the programme is voluntary, so the store will inform the buyer whether there is a cashback for a particular product in a particular store. This can also be checked on the programme's website.

Any consumer goods produced in Ukraine, except for excisable goods. It also applies to wine without alcohol, honey drinks and medicines produced in Ukraine. You can check whether a product participates in the program using a scanner on the website or in the Diia mobile app.

The maximum cashback amount will be UAH 3,000 per month, and the minimum amount will be UAH 2.

Cashback funds accumulated during the month will be credited to your card once a month, by the 20th of the following month. You can view the amount of accumulated funds in the Diya app by going to the Services section and selecting the “National Cashback” service.

The funds can be spent on postal services, utilities, food, medicines and medical supplies, and books. It is possible to donate funds to charity, in particular to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or to purchase military bonds. You can check whether cashback can be spent on a product in the list on the website.

You can open another card in the GlobusPlus app and select it in Actions to credit cashback from the state.

Yes, to close an account, you can contact a branch of Globus Bank. The list of branches is available here. 

The Bank will transfer information only about purchases in stores participating in the program made on any card account in the bank in UAH, except for card accounts eSupport and eRestore, which are automatically added to participate in the National Cashback program when opening a special National Cashback card. Information about other transactions is not transmitted.

Cashback is accrued for the purchase of Ukrainian-made consumer goods registered in the program, except for excisable goods. From March 1, 2026, cashback will have two levels: 5% — basic and 15% — increased. Participating goods must have an international barcode 482 or an internal retail chain code for their own brands. A complete list of goods, manufacturers, and sellers is available on the program's website. In the Diya app, you can use a barcode scanner to check goods directly in the store.

Yes. The list of categories is approved by order of the Ministry of Economy based on market analytics. This allows for a quick response to changes in the import structure and the needs of manufacturers.

The next day after the purchase, the accrued cashback will be displayed in the Diia app: Services-National Cashback. 

No, no taxes will be charged on the funds received on the card under the National Cashback program and on the UAH 1000 of assistance received under the Winter ePay program. 

The state program applies to all citizens of Ukraine.Anyone who is 18 years of age or older as of November 15, 2025, can apply. The main condition is that you must be located in Ukraine.

The amount may be adjusted in the event of an inspection by the manufacturer or seller if the product does not meet the program requirements or technical clarifications have been made. This is necessary for the correct calculation of payments.

No. This is done to ensure that the funds received are used specifically to support the national economy.

1. Make sure you have a Globus Bank National Cashback card — or open one in the GlobusPlus app.

2. In the Diya app, under “Services → Winter Support,” submit an application and select your Globus Bank card for crediting.

3. Once the application is approved, the funds will automatically be transferred to the specified card.

Funds can only be received on a National Cashback card. They can be spent on essential items: utilities and postal services, food in stores and supermarkets, medicines and medical supplies, books and other printed materials, charity—in particular, donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other charitable causes.
