National cashback card — is a virtual card for receiving cashback under the National Cashback state programme. Buy Ukrainian goods in accordance with the terms of the programme and get 10% cashback. The funds accumulated during the month will be credited to the card once a month until the 20th of the following month. The maximum cashback amount is UAH 3000 per month.

How does the National Cashback programme work?

By opening the National cashback card, you automatically allow the processing of information about purchases at the points of sale allowed by the programme with your hryvnia cards in Globus Bank for cashback accrual.

The main retail chains already mark the goods on the shelves for which the National Cashback is credited. Make sure that the outlet participates in the programme on the National Cashback website.

10% cashback will be accumulated from each purchase

The funds accumulated during the month will be credited to the card once a month until the 20th of the following month. The maximum cashback amount is UAH 3000 per month. If the card for crediting funds is not specified in the action, the cashback payment will be postponed to the next month.

Cashback is credited daily and the next day the accumulated funds can be checked in the Diia app. The list of stores and brands can be found here

What is the National Cashback programme?
This is a state programme to support Ukrainians called National Cashback, initiated by the President of Ukraine, under which citizens will receive a 10% refund of the cost of Ukrainian goods purchased. The cashback will start from 02.09.2024.
How to participate in the National Cashback programme?
The programme is open to citizens of Ukraine who have reached the age of 18.
To participate in the National Cashback programme, you must:
- Open a National Cashback virtual card in the GlobusPlus application, to which the state will transfer cashback. When opening the card, you select the bank cards that will participate in the National Cashback government programme and give permission to transfer information about purchases in stores participating in the programme to all selected hryvnia card accounts with the bank.
- Go to the Diia app and select the National Cashback service in the Services section.
- Select the National Cashback card from Globus Bank in the Diia app to credit payments.
- Make purchases with Bank Globus cards in stores that have already joined the programme

In which stores will cashback work?
The programme is open to retail chains and shops, including online stores. They must be on the general taxation system and accept payment cards for payments. Participation of buyers, producers and sellers in the programme is voluntary, so the store will inform the buyer whether there is a cashback for a particular product in a particular store. This can also be checked on the programme's website.
What products are credited with cashback?
Any consumer goods produced in Ukraine, except for excisable goods. It also applies to wine without alcohol, honey drinks and medicines produced in Ukraine.
Are there any restrictions on the amount of cashback?
The maximum cashback amount will be UAH 3,000 per month, and the minimum amount will be UAH 2.
When will the cashback be credited to the card?
Cashback funds accumulated over the month will be credited to the card once a month until the 20th of the following month. For example, cashback for goods purchased in September will be credited to your account by 20 October. Cashback funds accrued in 2024 can be used until 31 January 2025. You can view the amount of accumulated funds in the Diia app by going to the Services section and selecting the National Cashback service.
What can I spend the cashback on?
It is used to pay for utilities and medical services, mobile communications, transport, sports facilities, catering, donations to the Armed Forces, the purchase of military bonds, etc.
Can I open a National cashback card at a bank branch?
No, you can currently only open a virtual map in the GlobusPlus app.
What should I do if I already have a National Cashback card in another bank?
You can open another card in the GlobusPlus app and select it in Actions to credit cashback from the state.
Can I close the account myself?
Yes, to close an account, you can contact a branch of Globus Bank. The list of branches is available here.
What transactions will the bank transfer to the National Cashback program?
The Bank will transfer information only about purchases in stores participating in the programme made on any card account in the bank in UAH, except for the cards of the eSupport and eRestore accounts, which are automatically added to participate in the National Cashback programme when opening a special card ‘Cashback “Made in Ukraine”. Information about other transactions is not transmitted.
