2. Expired. When the card expires, it becomes invalid. The expiry date is the month and year indicated on the front of the card; it is important not to forget this information so that you do not suddenly find yourself without a payment instrument.
3. Suspicion of fraudulent activity. If you receive a notification of an attempted unauthorised transfer or withdrawal, you should immediately block the card and request a reissue.

- Log in with a password and numeric code in an SMS message.
- Select the card you want.
- Select the ‘Information’ section.
- Select the ‘Order a plastic card’ item.
