The Client repays the loan amount, fees and interest for its use in accordance with the terms of the agreement, tariff plan and requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, including: repayment of the loan amount, fees and interest for its use within the terms and in accordance with the payment schedule provided for in the consumer loan agreement (in the case of lending in the form of account and credit line lending, the payment schedule may not be provided). early repayment of the consumer loan in full at any time and without additional fees related to early repayment.

Withdrawal from the consumer loan agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of this agreement (in case of withdrawal from such an agreement, the client pays interest for the period from the date of receipt of funds to the date of their return at the interest rate established by this agreement and performs other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" or the agreement). The right to withdraw from a consumer loan agreement does not apply to consumer loan agreements, the fulfillment of obligations under which is secured by the conclusion of notarized agreements (transactions).

By signing the Application-Application for Accession to the Agreement, including in electronic form using the Electronic Signature, the Client unconditionally confirms that at the time of concluding the Agreement, the Client has read the full text of the Agreement with the annexes (including the Tariffs), fully understood its content and agrees to all the terms of the Agreement and the Tariffs in force as of the date of this Agreement, as well as familiarized with other information listed in clause 2 . of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets", including the following.
