State financial assistance in the amount of UAH 1500 per quarter to pay for sports services for combatants and people with disabilities as a result of war.

The card can be used to make non-cash payments to vendors included in the list of business entities, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in economic activities in the field of physical culture and sports in Ukraine, which can be paid for with funds from state financial assistance in the field of physical culture and sports
The card can only be used to pay for services in the field of physical culture and sports. These may include gym memberships, sports sections or clubs, and training at sports grounds. These establishments must operate in the field of “Physical Culture and Sports” and have the seller category code 7941 and 7997.
The funds must be used in full or in part during the quarter in which they were accrued to automatically continue participation for the next quarter. The unused balance will be returned to the state. If the funds are not used at all, they will be returned to the Ministry of Veterans, and participation in the program will automatically be terminated. To receive a payment in the next quarter, you need to reapply in the Diia app.

I am over or under 18, why can't I apply for the yeKnhyva program?
According to the terms of the yeKnhyva program approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, only 18-year-old citizens of Ukraine who became adults after January 1, 2024, can receive the payment. If you are over 18, unfortunately, this program is not available to you. If you are under 18 years old, please wait until you are of legal age and then apply.
